Class Cancellation Disclaimer
We strive to deliver all scheduled in-person classes as planned. However, please note the following:

Cancellations by Participant: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as early as possible. Refunds, credits, or transfers (if applicable) will fully refundable up to 48 hrs. before the course date. Within 48 hrs. of the course date there will be no refunds.

Low Enrollment: Classes require a minimum number of participants. If enrollment is too low, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the class. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to a future date or receive a full refund.

Other Cancellations: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor illness, weather, or facility issues), we may need to cancel or reschedule a class. We will make every effort to notify participants promptly and provide alternatives.
