Where we ship

Safetywear and Rescue currently accepts online orders for delivery within Canada. The store does not currently accept online checkout orders for U.S. destinations. If shipping availability changes, the countries displayed at checkout will govern.

Shipping methods and charges

Available shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, the products ordered, and the shipping service selected. Canadian orders are currently fulfilled using available Canada Post and Purolator services.

Some orders, including oversized, remote-destination, or regulated goods, may require additional handling or shipping arrangements. If an order cannot be shipped using the option selected at checkout, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss the available alternatives.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Any carrier delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, weather, remote-service coverage, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery. When tracking is available, it will be provided after the order is dispatched.

Delivery address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a carrier.
