The black Jackson 280PL welding helmet is designed for pipeline applications, with a spring-loaded front that lets users carry out preparation tasks before and after welding without lifting the entire hood. Its Super Tuff nylon construction combines low weight with durability for demanding welding conditions. Fit adjustment is handled by patented 370 Speed Dial® ratcheting headgear, while a patented retention system simplifies installation of the lens plates.
