The JET Tools CSG-12 C-Clamp uses spheroidal graphite (SG) cast iron with a tensile strength of 60,000 PSI, double that of ductile iron clamps. Reinforcement at the frame corners supports the clamp structure, while the cross handle is engineered to bend ahead of frame overstress. Its Acme screw thread provides smooth adjustment and distributes clamping pressure evenly. A black oxide finish on both the screw and handle helps resist corrosion and welding spatter.
