The JET Tools JHVB-46 bandsaw supports both horizontal and vertical cutting, with three blade speeds for working on metal, plastic and wood. Cast iron forms the frame and base, while the motor stops automatically after completing a cut through the workpiece. A scaled vise allows mitre cutting up to 45°. For repositioning, the saw has two wheels and a handle, with a shelf fitted beneath the base.

• At 90°, cutting capacity is 4-1/2" for circular stock and 4" x 6" for rectangular stock.
• Blade specifications: 1/2" width; 0.025" thickness; 64-1/2" length; 10/14 TPI. Selectable blade speeds are 80, 120 and 220 SFPM.
• Motor specifications: 115 Volt, single-phase (1Ph), 1/3 HP output and 1,725 RPM.
• The vertical work table measures 7" x 8", and the vise tilts to 45°.
