The JET Tools KCH-2010 is a heavy-duty KCH Series chain hoist with a 2-ton lifting rating and a standard lift of 10'. Its drive combines triple spur gearing with sealed bearings, while a Weston-style braking assembly controls the load. Grade 100 chain, overload-warning hooks and corrosion-resistant finishes on selected internal components form part of the construction. Each hoist is tested at 150% of its rated capacity and includes a load-test certificate.
- Triple spur gearing supports efficient operation; sealed, maintenance-free bearings help lower the effort required from the operator.
- The Weston-style brake uses two pawls and extra-heavy pawl springs. An extra-thick ratchet gear shields the brake disc against contamination.
- Premium-grade brake discs contain no asbestos and are designed for extended service life.
- Grade 100 load chain provides strength. Both safety hooks progressively bend under overload, providing a warning; the hooks have cast safety latches.
- Selected internal parts receive a specialized finish for corrosion resistance.
- Meets ASME B30.16 standards and is manufactured in an ISO 9001-2000 certified factory.
