The JET Tools MDGKIT SUW-402149 brings together two standard-duty, .3 HP mini die grinders: the straight 402109 and the 402110 with a 90° angle head. Both have 1/4" collets and compact housings suited to confined work areas. Their construction incorporates ball bearings, steel inserts in the end plates, a brass collar, a reinforced inlet for air and a higher-quality steel cylinder. Built-in regulators and throttle levers provide speed control, while the two head configurations offer different approaches to accessory-based work.

• 402109 straight grinder: 25,000 RPM free speed, 6-3/16" overall length, 4 cfm average air consumption, 90 dBA sound pressure and 2.5 m/s² vibration.
• 402110 angle-head grinder: 20,000 RPM free speed, 5-3/16" overall length, 5 cfm average air consumption, 103 dBA sound pressure and 2.5 m/s² vibration.
• Both grinders use a 1/4" collet, require a minimum 3/8" hose and have a 1/4" NPT air inlet.
• The 402109 has rear-directed exhaust and a roller-equipped throttle lever that self-locks to guard against unintended motor starts.
• The 402110 exhausts at the front. Its precision bevel gearing reduces speed for powerful work in confined spaces; deeper-cut gears are secured with a slot-and-pin arrangement to improve service life.
• The set contains product numbers 402109 and 402110. Listed accessories for each grinder are wrenches and a 1/8" collet; the 402110 also includes an optional-use 1/8" collet sleeve.
