The Kidde GSA-IM2 is an addressable isolator module for a signaling line circuit (SLC). It monitors line voltage and opens the SLC when a wire-to-wire short is detected, isolating the short between the isolator modules closest to the fault.
The module automatically restores after the short is cleared.
