The PeakWorks VL-1115-50 is a vertical lifeline for fall protection, supplied in a 50' (15.2 M) length with a carabiner and a back splice. Its 5/8" (16 mm) rope uses polysteel, an extruded co-polymer fibre combining low weight with high strength and resistance to acids and alkalis. At the trailing end, the back splice keeps a rope grab from sliding off the lifeline.
