The Petzl ASAP LOCK (B071BBB00) is a mobile rope fall arrester for rope-access and fall-arrest systems. It arrests falls and uncontrolled descents exceeding 2 m/s and locks onto the rope, including if the user grabs the device during a fall.

It travels up and down the rope without manual intervention and can be installed or removed at any point. The integrated LOCK function immobilizes the device. Use it with a compatible energy absorber as specified by the manufacturer.
