This 2-day Train-the-Trainer course will build on your existing knowledge and experience with fall prevention and fall protection principles and provide a comprehensive introduction to the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training, and Skills Development (MLTSD) program standard for Working at Heights training in Ontario. This course includes detailed analysis and handling of fall prevention/fall protection systems and components used in the construction sector, applicable legislative review, and introduction to adult learning principles for effective delivery of the CPO Approved Working at Heights program following Ontario’s MLTSD Program Standard. Successful completion of this program will prepare participants to become an instructor or affiliate training partner of Total Rescue’s Chief Prevention Officer (CPO) Approved Working-at-Heights training program.
